CO₂+RF (radiofrequency)

SmartXide Touch represents a HI-END class fractional CO2 laser! A multifunctional innovative laser system consisting of two sources: a CO2 laser and RF frequency. It can operate both as a full-fledged CO2 laser and in combined use of CO2+RF, significantly expanding the capabilities of the physician.

PSD® Technology

An exclusive patented pulse shape design technology provides the laser with extensive capabilities in dermatology, cosmetology, and gynecology. Controlling the pulse shape allows for optimal modulation of the ablation effect and thermal stimulation according to the physician's tasks and the patient's needs. The specific features of each pulse shape enable procedures with minimal skin damage, a faster rehabilitation period (compared to other lasers), and excellent results.

SmartXide Touch allows full control over the pulse duration, peak power, and shape of each pulse:

SmartPulse (SP) consists of two parts: a short-duration ablation phase and a prolonged heating (stimulation) phase. SP is most effective when working with thin skin for its thickening, with atrophic scars (including post-acne), when more superficial stimulation is needed (for example, fine-wrinkled aging type).

DekaPulse (DP) — ablation to the reticular layer of the dermis with a funnel-shaped ablation crater. DP is important when it is necessary to heat the deepest layers of the skin (reticular layer of the dermis) while only evaporating the thin stratum corneum, in delicate areas such as the neck, décolleté, hands, and periorbital area.

HighPulse (HP) impulse is formed by a constant high peak impulse without a thermal component. HP is very important when it is necessary to vaporize a layer of soft tissues without heating. HP is ideal for superficial laser peeling, when working with enlarged pores, for vaporizing benign pigmented formations, and for treating hypertrophic scars.

SMARTSTACK Mode

The SmartStack® technology provides even more opportunities for controlling power and heating parameters.

For more targeted laser impact, DEKA engineers have also invented a special SmartStack® mode, allowing the laser pulse to be directed up to 5 times strictly to one point of impact.

New horizons: the ability to connect the V2LR scanner for gynecology

HiScan V2LR is an innovative scanning system specifically designed for vulvo-vaginal laser treatment using the MonaLisaTouch® method.

The MonaLisaTouch® technology is an innovative laser technique for correcting involutional changes in female genital organs, implemented in the SmartXide laser system. Specifically designed for use on the vaginal mucosa, the unique D-Pulse impulse shape consists of 2 independent adjustable phases of impact: ablation and thermal stimulation. The laser microbeam in the scanning fractional mode acts on the vaginal and vulvar mucosa, causing a complex effect: ablative, thermal, and biostimulating. The scanner provides laser exposure to the walls of the vagina, and the exclusive DEKA Pulse mode minimally vaporizes the epithelium, stimulating the processes of mitotic activity of cells, self-repair of the epithelium, restoring the functions of epithelial tissue through the processes of neocollagenesis and angiogenesis in the vaginal mucosa.

The procedure takes only a few minutes and can be performed in the doctor's office, without the need for anesthesia and hospitalization of the patient.

The course consists of 2 to 4 procedures, with an interval of 1.5 months.
