Is it true that this laser does not require consumables
Yes, this is absolutely true. However, we would like to note that scheduled maintenance must be performed once a year, which is required for any high-tech equipment.
What procedures can be performed with this laser besides resurfacing
This device has a very impressive list of aesthetic, dermatological, and surgical indications, with the most notable being "intimate rejuvenation," which is performed using the MonaLisa Touch technology. The only thing is that this technology is not included in the package. It must be purchased separately.

SMARTXIDE PUNTO – the latest modification in the family of HI-END class CO2 lasers, combines high-tech characteristics, updated design and menu, the latest radiofrequency CO2 laser emission technology, a new HiScan DOT scanner, and 2 convenient power options (30 W and 50 W).
PSD® Technology
The exclusive patented Pulse Shape Design technology provides the laser with extensive capabilities in dermatology and cosmetology. Controlling the pulse shape allows for optimal modulation of the ablation effect and thermal stimulation according to the physician's objectives and the patient's needs. The specific features of each pulse shape enable procedures with minimal invasiveness, a faster rehabilitation period (compared to other lasers), and excellent results.
This technology allows for complete control over the pulse duration, peak power, and shape of each pulse:

PSD® technology can modulate ablation and coagulation (thermal effect) in both manual and fractional scanning modes.
Ablation
High peak power (power in the pulse) delivered in the first part of the pulse rapidly releases a large amount of energy and causes immediate ablation of the epidermis and the upper layer of the dermis, which is less saturated with water.
Thermal effect
After rapid evaporation, the energy of the CO2 laser is converted into heat, deeply penetrating the water-saturated dermis. The result is immediate tissue retraction and direct stimulation of cells for collagen production.
CoolPeel Procedure
Thanks to PSD® technology, the laser is capable of performing a gentle surface laser peeling procedure with immediate effect and no rehabilitation period. CoolPeel is a “lunch break” procedure that takes half an hour, provides immediate results, and does not require social isolation after the procedure.

HiScan V2LR — an innovative scanning system specifically designed for vulvo-vaginal laser treatment using the MonaLisaTouch® method.
The MonaLisaTouch® technology is an innovative laser technique for correcting involutional changes in female genital organs, implemented in the SmartXide laser system. Specifically designed for use on the vaginal mucosa, the unique D-Pulse impulse shape consists of 2 independent adjustable phases of action: ablation and thermal stimulation. The laser microbeam in scanning fractional mode acts on the vaginal and vulvar mucosa, causing a complex effect: ablative, thermal, and biostimulatory. The scanner provides laser action on the walls of the vagina, and the exclusive DEKA Pulse mode minimally evaporates the epithelium, stimulating processes of mitotic activity of cells, self-repair of the epithelium, restoring the functions of epithelial tissue, due to processes of neocollagenesis and angiogenesis in the vaginal mucosa.
The procedure takes only a few minutes and can be performed in the doctor's office, without the need for anesthesia and hospitalization of the patient.
The course consists of 2 to 4 procedures, with an interval of 1.5 months.
